采用冻胶纺丝法制备超高分子质量聚丙烯纤维(UHMWPP),并在不同的拉伸温度下对其进行拉伸。研究了在相同的拉伸倍率下,拉伸温度对UHMWPP纤维结晶性能、热性能的影响。结果表明:UHMWPP纤维结晶晶体间存在很多间隙;纤维的结晶性能和耐热性能都随拉伸温度的提高而提高。
Ultrafine polypropylene fibers (UHMWPP) were prepared by jelly spinning and were stretched at different stretching temperatures. The effect of stretching temperature on the crystallization and thermal properties of UHMWPP fibers was studied under the same stretching ratio. The results show that there are many gaps between the crystals of UHMWPP fibers. The crystallization and heat resistance of the fibers increase with the stretching temperature.
