广东省惠东县安墩人民法庭管辖安墩、石塘、松坑三个公社,现有庭长、助审员、书记员各一人。从一九八○年起,他们坚持巡回办案,每年结案率达百分之九十以上,其中,有百分之六十的案件是下乡巡回办结的。法庭坚持巡回办案,有利于提高办案效率,既保证了及时结案,又方便了群众。干部群众赞扬说:“山高路远无阻隔,法官和我们心连心。” An Dounan People’s Court of Huidong County, Guangdong Province, controls three communes, namely An Dun, Shitang and Songkeng. The current president, assistant auditor and clerk are all one in each. Since 1980, they insisted on handling cases by circuit and closed more than 90% of them every year. Among them, 60% of the cases were settled in the countryside. The court’s adherence to the roving case handling is conducive to improving the efficiency of case handling, which not only ensures prompt closure of cases but also facilitates the masses.
