中国已在成为世界的加工厂,中国产品的质量正逐渐由三西格玛向六西格玛迈进。本文重点阐述了在这种迈进的过程中,制造型企业不可缺少的一个工具SPC即统计过程控制(Statistical Process Control)。SPC主要是指应用统计分析技术对生产过程进行实时监控,科学地区分出生产过程中产品质量的随机波动与异常波动,从而对生产过程的异常趋势提出预警,以便生产管理人员及时采取措施,消除异常,恢复过程的稳定,从而达到提高和控制质量的目的。
China has become the world’s processing plant, the quality of Chinese products is gradually marching from Six Sigma to Six Sigma. This article focuses on the SPC, an indispensable tool in this type of process, that is, Statistical Process Control. SPC mainly refers to the application of statistical analysis techniques for real-time monitoring of the production process, scientific separation of random fluctuations in product quality during the production process and abnormal fluctuations, so as to early warning of abnormal trends in the production process so that production managers take timely measures to eliminate Abnormalities, the stability of the recovery process, so as to achieve the purpose of improving and controlling quality.
