目的应用生物信息学分析软件预测结核分枝杆菌38kDa蛋白氨基酸序列的结构与功能.方法应用NCBI/Expasy等在线生物信息学网站及DNAstar/Rasmol等软件包分析38kDa蛋白与其他物种的同源序列,进行多序列同源比对;预测二级结构/三级结构;预测主要抗原表位等.结果同源性比对结果表明结核分枝杆菌38kDa蛋白结核分枝杆菌磷酸盐转运蛋白同源性达87%;预测该蛋白的分子质量单位为39113.47 Da,理论等电点为11.779;该蛋白跨膜区有2个,分别为7-23,7-105,其结构域5个分别位于8-22/35-47/48-79/214-232/233-286.结论生物信息学技术在结核分支杆菌38kDa蛋白研究中有一定的理论和应用价值.“,”Objective To predict the structure and function of recombinant 38kDa of Mycobacterium tuberculosis using bioinformatics method . Methods By online analysis at bioinformatics websites such as NCBI and Expasy ,employing software packages such as DNAstar and Rasmolto do multi-sequence homological alignment, secondary structure and tertiary structure,antigenic epitope analysis,etc. Results Similarity of 38kDa of Mycobacterium tuberculos compared to phosphate-binding protein of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was 87% . Analysis of the predicted protein indicated a molecular mass of 39113.47 Da, PI was 11.779 , two transmembrane region, function sites and eight antigen epitope were found . Conclusion Bioinformatic is valuable to the study 38kDa 6 ofMycobacterium tuberculosis.
