本文在对当下高校档案学专业实习模式存在的若干问题加以全面梳理与分析的基础上,运用建构主义学习理论,尝试对现行实习模式进行改革与创新,以期切实提高档案学专业实习成效与质量。
On the basis of comprehensively combing and analyzing some existing problems in college internship mode, this paper attempts to reform and innovate the current internship mode with the help of constructivist learning theory so as to effectively improve the effectiveness and quality of internship in archive profession.
