目的评估医疗机构艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介实施信息化管理的效果。方法建立HIV抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介信息化管理模式,以信息化管理实施后非艾滋病门诊各科室HIV抗体筛查阳性患者为研究对象,与信息化管理实施前同期比较,了解信息化管理对提高HIV抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介管理的效果。结果实施HIV抗体筛查阳性患者院内转介信息化管理后,院内成功转介率从33.11%提高到91.65%;确证的应治艾滋病患者当年抗病毒治疗率由81.30%提高到85.34%;当年已抗病毒治疗患者确证距治疗平均天数,由26.37天缩短为17.11天,新增抗病毒治疗人数同比增长了23.27%。结论信息化管理促进了艾滋病的早检测、早发现、早治疗,提高了艾滋病病人抗病毒治疗的比例,使医务人员从繁杂的手工劳动中解脱出来。
Objective To assess the effectiveness of hospital-based referral and implementation of informative management in patients with positive HIV antibody screening in medical institutions. Methods To establish an inpatient referral information management model with positive HIV antibody screening in our hospital. With HIV-positive screening test in all departments of non-AIDS clinic after information management implementation as the research object, compared with the same period prior to the implementation of information management to understand the information management To improve the HIV antibody screening positive patients in the hospital referral management effect. Results The success rate of in-hospital referral was increased from 33.11% to 91.65% after the implementation of hospital-based referral management of HIV antibody-positive patients. The confirmed rate of antiviral treatment of AIDS patients was increased from 81.30% to 85.34% Anti-virus treatment confirmed that the average number of days from treatment, shortened from 26.37 days to 17.11 days, the number of new antiviral therapy increased by 23.27%. Conclusion Information management has promoted early detection, early detection and early treatment of AIDS, increased the proportion of anti-virus treatment for AIDS patients, and relieved the medical staff from the complicated manual labor.
