本研究选用13个广亲和恢复系、9个普通恢复系分别与相应的野败籼型不育系萍改A或包台粳型不育系秋光A杂交,对其F_1进行了优势比较分析。结果表明,广亲和恢复系配制的组合,单株谷重的竞争优势和超亲优势均显著高于普通恢复系配制的组合;利用广辛和恢复系配制的籼粳亚种间组合,每穗实粒数和每穗总粒数两性状的竞争优势都极显著高于普通恢复系配制的品种间组合。本研究还筛选出一农艺性状表现良好的强优势亚种间组合萍改A/DT713。
In this study, 13 broad-compatibility restorer lines were selected and 9 common restorer lines were crossed with the corresponding wild-type indica CMS line Ping-A or Bao-Tai-Japonica CMS Line Qiu-A, respectively. . The results showed that the combinations prepared by the wide-compatibility restorer lines had significantly higher competition and super-parent advantages per plant weight than those prepared by the common restorer lines. Using combinations of indica and japonica subspecies per plant, The competitive advantage of spikelet number per panicle and total grain number per panicle were significantly higher than those of common restorer lines. This study also screened out a good agronomic traits strong combination of superior sub-Ping Ping A / DT713.
