结合Monte Carlo随机有限元法与钢材的非线性锈蚀模型,利用ANSYS建模,采用正常使用极限状态方程为评判标准,分析了水工钢闸门常用的H型钢的时变可靠度,得出构件时变可靠度与钢材锈蚀规律之间的内在联系,为水工闸门构件的时变可靠度计算提供一种新思路.结果表明:不论钢材是服从线性锈蚀规律还是服从非线性锈蚀规律,H型钢的可靠度指标总与锈蚀规律的形式相同.因此,可以采用简便方法进行构件可靠度指标的计算,首先计算出构件初始可靠度指标和最终可靠度指标,然后确定钢材的锈蚀规律,最后采用相应公式即可计算任一时间点的可靠度指标.
Combined with the Monte Carlo stochastic finite element method and the nonlinear corrosion model of steel, the time-dependent reliability of H-shaped steels commonly used in hydraulic steel gate was analyzed by ANSYS modeling and the limit state equation of normal use as evaluation criterion. The relationship between variable reliability and steel corrosion law provides a new way to calculate the time-dependent reliability of hydraulic gate components.The results show that whether the steel obeys the linear corrosion rule or the non-linear corrosion rule, The reliability index always has the same form as the corrosion regularity, therefore, a simple method can be used to calculate the component reliability index. The initial reliability index and the final reliability index of the component are calculated first, then the corrosion regularity of the steel is determined, and finally the corresponding formula You can calculate the reliability index at any point in time.
