采用多功能拉伸试验机对EP(环氧树脂)胶粘剂-不锈钢对接粘接试件进行了疲劳试验[应力比(R)=0,疲劳应力幅值(Δσ)分别为10、12、14、15、16、18、20、22、25 MPa],并用Paris裂纹扩展疲劳寿命模型分析了该对接粘接结构的疲劳行为,同时还运用数值模拟法确定了初始裂纹和临界裂纹,进而根据试验结果确定了疲劳模型的特征参数。研究结果表明:对接粘接试件的疲劳寿命(N)随Δσ的增加而减小,并且疲劳过程中存在蠕变变形;当Δσ为16~25 MPa时,该模型能较好描述对接粘接结构的疲劳行为。
The fatigue tests of EP (epoxy) adhesive-stainless steel butt-bonded specimens were carried out by using a multi-purpose tensile testing machine [stress ratio (R) = 0 and fatigue stress amplitude (Δσ) 15, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25 MPa]. The Paris fatigue crack growth fatigue model was also used to analyze the fatigue behavior of the butt-bonded structure. The initial crack and the critical crack were also determined by numerical simulation. The characteristic parameters of the fatigue model are determined. The results show that the fatigue life (N) of butt-bonded specimens decreases with the increase of Δσ, and there is creep deformation during the fatigue test. When Δσ is 16-25 MPa, the model can describe the butt-bonding Structural fatigue behavior.
