中长期债务融资是企业实施固定资产投资项目时筹措资金的重要方式。当前,国内中长期债务融资产品多种多样,融资主体可依照资金使用需求进行选择,而融资成本往往是融资主体重点考虑要素。本文以中长期债务融资产品的显性融资成本为研究对象,通过建立模型,分析影响融资成本的关键因素,为融资主体在中长期债务融资产品选择时提供参考依据。
Medium and long-term debt financing is an important way for enterprises to raise funds when implementing fixed assets investment projects. At present, there are many kinds of medium and long-term debt financing products in China. The main body of financing can choose according to the demand of fund use, and the financing cost is often the key factor of the main body of financing. In this paper, the explicit financing cost of long-term debt financing products is taken as the research object. By setting up the model, the key factors influencing the financing cost are analyzed, which provide reference for the financing entity in the choice of long-term debt financing products.
