在铝材及铝制品的电解抛光过程中可产生种种缺陷,其中最常见的是白霜、点腐蚀、气泡等。叙述了这些缺陷的产生原因、预防与消除措施。产生白霜的主要原因是磷酸浓度过大、电解温度低、硫酸稀、水少。铬酸含量高、温度过高、电流密度大、硫酸含量少,易出现点腐蚀。电解抛光的铝制品具有最大的反射率、最强的抗蚀性与最长的寿命
