男性不育已经成为影响人类生殖健康的重大疾病。精子发生是精原干细胞自我更新和分化为精子的复杂过程。这个过程受睾丸微环境的精细调控。将讨论精子发生与睾丸微环境的关系,简要介绍睾丸微环境的国内外研究动态,展望睾丸微环境的研究热点和前沿。这将为阐释精子发生的机制提供新的调控机理,对治疗男性不育,预防子代出生缺陷,研发新型男性避孕方法等都具有重要意义。
Male infertility has become a major disease affecting human reproductive health. Spermatogenesis is a complex process of spermatogonial stem cells self-renewing and differentiating into sperm. This process is finely regulated by the testis microenvironment. The relationship between spermatogenesis and testicular microenvironment will be discussed. The research status of testicular microenvironment at home and abroad will be briefly introduced. The research hotspot and frontier of testicular microenvironment will be prospected. This will provide a new mechanism for elucidating the mechanism of spermatogenesis and is of great significance for the treatment of male infertility, prevention of birth defects and the development of new methods of male contraception.
