JD-1型抛光器为制备透射电镜观察用的金属薄膜样品的一种设备,以PTFE夹具圆片抛光法加工薄膜样品。电解液由喷嘴喷射到样品上,进行电解抛光。电解抛光时,一根光导纤维管把光从外部光源传递到样品一个侧面。当样品发生穿孔时,透过样品的光通过在样品另一侧的光导纤维管传送到外面的光电管,使光电路工作,切断电解抛光射流,同时报警,而制得合乎要求的薄膜。该设备系上海交通大学6101实验室试制,现已有小批量生产。
JD-1 Polisher A device for the preparation of metal film samples for transmission electron microscopy. Thin-film samples were processed using PTFE chuck wafer polishing. Electrolyte is sprayed onto the sample from the nozzle for electrolytic polishing. During electrolytic polishing, an optical fiber tube transmits light from an external light source to one side of the sample. When the sample is perforated, the light transmitted through the sample is passed through an optical fiber tube on the other side of the sample to an external phototube to operate the photo-electric circuit, cut off the electropolished jet, and alert the system to produce the desired film. The equipment Department of Shanghai Jiaotong University 6101 laboratory trial, is now a small batch production.
