目前,桥式吊车的制动装置一般均采用块式制动器,而现用的ZWZ、YWZ 等系列制动器中的制动闸皮瓦之间的固定方式采用铆钉联接。铆接闸皮主要缺点:1.磨损后,更换新闸皮工作量大,更换一对约需12个工时,吊车停机4小时。2.铆钉与制动轮表面局部摩擦,使制动轮表面形成沟槽,因而减少了制动面积,降低了制动器的制动力矩,缩短了制动轮的使用寿命。针对以上设备运行及维修状况,我们将原闸皮固定方式改铆接为卡具(见图),更换闸皮时,不必拆除闸瓦,只需松开制动架,拆掉卡板取出闸皮,换上
