医院感染管理是医院管理和医疗质量管理中的新课题,过去我们曾参照兄弟单位的一些做法,在工作实践中也探索总结了一些管理方法,但效果都不甚理想。为此,我们坚持锐意改革创新,探索管理新路子,1994年引入了责任目标管理方法,开始实行医院感染管理的责任目标管理,经过两年的探索实践,体会到采用责任目标管理,是提高医院感染管理质量的有效途径。
Hospital infection management is a new topic in hospital management and medical quality management. In the past, we have referred to some of the practices of the fraternal units. We have also explored and summarized some management methods in our work practices, but the results have not been satisfactory.
