以大麦品种‘花30’为材料,用不同剂量化学诱变剂(EMS和PYM)处理大麦游离小孢子,不同剂量60Co辐照处理大麦离体穗和干种子,比较其对在低氮胁迫下小孢子培养诱导愈伤组织产量和绿苗分化数量的影响。结果表明,EMS处理离体小孢子和60Co辐照干种子明显比PYM处理小孢子和60Co辐照离体穗的培养效果好。
Barley free microspores were treated with different doses of chemical mutagens (EMS and PYM), and spikelets and dry seeds of barley were treated with different doses of 60Co under the condition of low-nitrogen stress Effect of Microspore Culture on Callus Yield and Number of Green Sprout Differentiation. The results showed that EMS treatment of microspores ex vivo and 60Co irradiated dry seeds were significantly better than those of PYM-treated microspores and 60Co irradiated spikes.
