本文是作者根据其在中国机协粉末冶金专业协会召开的技术改造工作研讨会（1997．5．北京）上的发言经整理加工而成。文中总结了“八五”期间粉末冶金专业协会会员企业开展技术改造工作所取得的巨大成绩，同时提出在当前形势下粉末冶金行业应加强产品的开发力度，调整行业结构和产品结构，以促使粉末冶金零件制造业在“九五”期间继续保持稳定快速的发展。
This article is compiled by the author on the basis of his seminar on technological transformation held by China Machinery Association Powder Metallurgy Association (Beijing, May 1997). The paper summarizes the great achievements made by PMO member companies in carrying out technical reformation during the period of the Eighth Five-Year Plan. At the same time, it points out that in the current situation, the powder metallurgy industry should step up its product development and adjust the industrial structure and product mix so as to promote the powder Metallurgical parts manufacturing industry in the “Ninth Five-Year” period to maintain steady and rapid development.
