建立等价于描述斜齿轮非定常温度场的导热方程及定解条件的泛函并将其离散为单元泛函。通过求泛函的极值和进行单元矩阵组装 ,建立了分析斜齿轮温度分布的有限元模型。采用伽辽金解法分析了斜齿轮非定常温度场随时间变化的情况 ,可用于提高齿轮传动生存能力的研究。
The equivalent of describing the thermal equation of unsteady temperature field of helical gear and the solution of the conditions of the solution are established and discretized into elementals. Finding the finite element model of helical gear temperature distribution by establishing the extremum of function and assembling matrix of element. The Galerkin method is used to analyze the unsteady temperature field of helical gears over time, which can be used to improve the viability of gear drive.
