目的 探讨飞行员心律失常与各种心理社会因素的相关性。方法 对78例患心律失常的飞行员进行艾森克人格问卷、症状自评量表、紧张性生活事件量表和社会支持评定量表测评,并设立健康飞行员对照。结果 揭示患者在神经质、掩饰二维度上得分明显高。患者心理健康水平明显低。过去的一年中在躯体健康和环境方面发生的消极生活事件明显多。结论 飞行员心律失常的发生发展受心理社会因素影响。
Objective To explore the correlation between pilot arrhythmia and various psychosocial factors. Methods A total of 78 pilots with arrhythmia were evaluated by Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90 (SELF), Stressful Life Events Scale and Social Support Rating Scale, and healthy pilots were established. The results revealed that patients score significantly higher in neuroticism and disguise. Mental health of patients was significantly lower. The number of negative life events that have taken place in physical health and the environment in the past year has been significantly higher. Conclusion The occurrence and development of atrial arrhythmia in pilots are affected by psychological and social factors.
