国防科技成果开发中心最近推出铝合金挤压铸造新工艺.该工艺为铸锻结合的少切削生产技术、使液态金属在较高压力作用下充型、凝固和产生少量塑性变形,是一种优质、高效、经济的先进工艺.它适用于高质量、高致密性的零件,以铝代钢,以铸代锻和铝基复合材料制造等场合,推广应用前景十分广阔.该工艺用于挤压铸造铝合金活塞,如奥氏体耐磨铸铁镶环铝活塞、带内冷油腔铝活塞等,并可简化工艺,精化元坯,大大提高材料利用率,降低成本,减轻重量.废品率由金属型铸造的10.5%下降到3.5%,金属利用率由33.3%提高到65.4%,单件利润提高61.5%.
