增强企业活力是城市经济体制改革的中心环节。几年来,围绕这一中心环节,我国主要从企业动力机制和企业经营机制入手,进行了一系列的改革。改革的结果,确实极大地激发了企业的活力,调动了企业以及企业职工的积极性,收到了明显的实效。但另一方面,无庸讳言,时至今日仍有相当一部分企业活力不足,甚至没有活力。在影响企业活力的诸多原因中,本文将探讨产业结构不合理对企业活力的影响,并分析企业无力主动适应产业结构变动的原因。
Enhancing enterprise vitality is the key link in the reform of urban economic system. In the past few years, around this central aspect, China started with a series of reforms mainly on the mechanism of enterprise motivation and its management mechanism. The result of the reform really greatly stimulated the vitality of enterprises and aroused the enthusiasm of enterprises as well as enterprise staff and received obvious results. On the other hand, it goes without saying that there are still quite a few enterprises that are still not viable or even viable today. In many reasons that affect the vitality of enterprises, this article will explore the impact of unreasonable industrial structure on the vitality of enterprises, and analyze the reasons why enterprises can not take the initiative to adapt to changes in industrial structure.
