煤炭产业转型是一个世界性课题。煤矿的生命周期因煤炭资源储量而受到严格限制。目前,煤炭资源减少、市场疲软等问题已严重影响了我国的煤炭行业,依煤而生的城市和地区也面临着经济衰退和产业转型。如果煤炭企业继续按照原有的市场结构和粗放式经营方式运行,不仅其生存发展难以为继,资源、环境也难以承受。 鲁尔矿区是德国重要的能源工业基地,在20世纪70年代鲁尔集团逐步开始了它的结构调整和产业转型。30多年过去了,现在的鲁尔集团已是世界企业五百强之一。它不仅囊括了全德国的烟煤生产,还发展了国际采矿和面向全球的采矿技术服务、采矿设备生产和国际煤炭贸易,并实现了多元化经营的格局。其成功的经验值得我们借鉴。
The transformation of the coal industry is a worldwide issue. The life cycle of coal mines is strictly limited by the reserves of coal resources. At present, problems such as the reduction of coal resources and the sluggish market have seriously affected China’s coal industry. Cities and regions that rely on coal are also facing economic recession and industrial restructuring. If coal companies continue to operate in accordance with their original market structure and extensive operating methods, not only their survival and development will be unsustainable, but their resources and environment will also be unbearable. The Ruhr mining area is an important energy industrial base in Germany. In the 1970s, the Ruhr Group gradually began its structural adjustment and industrial transformation. After more than 30 years, the Ruhr Group is now one of the top 500 companies in the world. It not only includes the production of bituminous coal in Germany, but also develops international mining and global mining technology services, mining equipment production and international coal trade, and realizes a diversified business landscape. Its successful experience deserves our reference.
