党中央、国务院的领导同志历来十分关心中央国家机关的党建工作。中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理朱镕基同志在中央国家机关工委第十四次工作会议召开前夕作出重要批示,对国家机关党建工作给予热情肯定,并要求国家机关各级党组织认真贯彻江泽民总书记关于“治国必先治党,治党务必从严”的指示,把国家机关工作推向一个新水平。
The leading comrades of the Central Party Committee and the State Council have always been very much concerned about the party building work of the central state organs. Comrade Zhu Rongji, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and premier of the State Council, made important instructions on the eve of the 14th working conference of the Central Working Committee of State organs and warmly affirmed the party-building work of the state organs and demanded that the party organizations at all levels of the state organs conscientiously implement General Secretary Jiang Zemin As for the guideline that “governing the country must first governs the party and that the party must be strictly implemented,” it will push the work of the state organs to a new level.
