目前,我国私营企业劳资冲突层出不穷,严重的已经影响到企业的正常生产运作。本文针对现阶段私营企业劳资冲突的情况,运用激励理论建立雇员激励机制,对劳资冲突进行管理,力图构建稳定和谐的劳资关系。
At present, there are numerous conflicts between labor and capital in the private sector of our country and the serious ones have affected the normal operation of the enterprises. In the light of the current situation of labor-capital conflicts in private-owned enterprises, this paper uses the incentive theory to establish an employee incentive mechanism to manage the labor-capital conflicts and tries to build a stable and harmonious relationship between employers and employees.
