在定量分析中,经常遇到同一试样在含量线性改变过程中,出现反线性数据现象。这纯粹是由误差造成的.在分光光度计的使用上,较大的误差的常常成组地出现,影响着数据分析.造成这种误差的原因之一,就是波长设定不准确,以致所测得吸收度 A≠A_(amx)。本文试以在所选波长附近一微小范围内,调整波长在 A_(max)所在位置,以排除误差的影响.1 仪器与试药:UV-754紫外分光光度计(上海);重蒸馏水,人民医院制剂室新制;维生素 B_1,哈尔滨制药三厂
