本文采用数值模拟方法对比分析了一种接触型光纤高温探头的热响应性能,包括探头结构尺寸和材料组成的影响。这种模拟计算的结果不仅可以判断这类光纤高温计用于瞬态温度测量的适应能力,而且可以作为指导探头结构与材料设计的基础依据。文中还介绍了应用这类光纤高温探头进行火焰温度测量的实例。
In this paper, a numerical simulation method is used to compare and analyze the thermal response of a contact type fiber optic high temperature probe, including the probe structure size and material composition. The results of this simulation can not only determine the adaptability of these fiber optic pyrometers for transient temperature measurement, but also serve as a basis for guiding the design of the probe structure and material. The article also introduced the application of such fiber optic high temperature probe for flame temperature measurement example.
