在建设工程中,甲方管理范围很广,在工作中会遇到众多问题,要求甲方管理人员具有较宽的知识面和综合素质。尤其在现阶段,随着法律法规的逐渐健全、规范及项目管理的逐步推广等,对甲方管理人员的要求就更高。本文着重对甲方在建设工程的管理模式进行讨论。本文作者结合多年的工作经验分析了就目前工程项目管理中,存在多方面问题,提出甲方应注重设计阶段的成本控制、施工阶段的过程控制和管理、监理单位的技术协调及甲方的整体管理,和在工程实践中的具体措施。
In the construction project, Party A has a wide scope of management, encounters many problems in its work, and requests Party A’s managers to have a wide range of knowledge and comprehensive qualities. Especially at the present stage, with the gradual improvement of laws and regulations, the gradual promotion of standards and project management, the demand on Party A’s management personnel is even higher. This article focuses on Party A in the management of construction projects to discuss. Based on many years of work experience, the author analyzes many problems in current project management. It is suggested that Party A should pay attention to the cost control during the design phase, the process control and management during the construction phase, the technical coordination of the supervision units and the overall situation of Party A Management, and concrete measures in engineering practice.
