我国汞的生产多采用直井炉处理含汞块矿的冶炼方法,积累了不少经验,但对于粉碎矿石还没有很好的处理。粉碎矿的处理,国外大多采用回转窑或多膛炉,汞回收率为90~95%。国内目前正在进行采用沸腾焙烧炉处理粉状矿的试验研究。1961年,有的炼汞厂曾利用冶炼块矿的直井炉进行过处理粉碎矿石的试验,所用试料粒度为0~30毫米,试验时发现如下几个问题:
