近年来,我国电力工程施工在项目上的竞争十分激烈,尤其是我国经济的快速发展以及用电数量的增多,使得工程企业之间产生了比拼。如何狠抓项目,落实好工程施工工作,保证项目持续连贯的进行,对于电力工程的建设具有积极的作用。一旦进度计划无法保证,在施工中出现任何的问题,都会阻碍工程的顺利进行,不利于企业持续的发展。因此,我国的电力工程项目施工单位必须掌握好进度,对施工工程的计划进行设计,并在实际管理中做好应用,保证电力工程顺利完工。
