1996年6月～1997年8月共行电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）33例。均获成功。其中自发性气胸14例，肺恶性肿瘤5例，肺良性肿瘤3例．肺结核球4例，胸腔积液3例，食管中段癌1例，手汗症、支气管扩张症1例，脓胸的诊断1例，肺大疱切除术14例，肺叶切除术3例．肺楔形切除术9例，胸腔积液的清除、胸膜固定术3例，食管癌切除1例，胸2～4交感神经切除术1例．脓胸活俭1例，肺门结核球活检1例、33例均无严重并发症及中转开胸。作者就手术操作过程中的一些处理要点进行初步讨论。
From June 1996 to August 1997, 33 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) were performed. All were successful. Among them, there were 14 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax, 5 cases of malignant lung tumors, and 3 cases of benign lung tumors. There were 4 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, 3 cases of pleural effusion, 1 case of middle esophageal cancer, 1 case of hand sweat syndrome, 1 case of bronchiectasis, 1 case of empyema diagnosis, 14 cases of pulmonary bulla resection, and 3 cases of lobectomy. Wedge resection in 9 cases, removal of pleural effusion, pleurodesis in 3 cases, esophageal resection in 1 case, thoracic 2~4 sympathectomy in 1 case. There were 1 case of empyema and 1 case of pulmonary tubercle biopsy and 33 cases without severe complications and conversion to thoracotomy. The authors conducted a preliminary discussion on some of the processing points during the surgical procedure.
