目的:探讨优质护理服务理念在门诊护理工作中的护理效果。方法:选择2016年7月至12月期间我院接收的门诊患者120例作为观察组研究对象,该阶段开始落实优质护理服务理念,另选择2016年1月至6月的门诊患者120例作为对照组研究对象,此阶段还未实施实施优质护理服务理念,比较两个时间段的护理满意度及护理效率等。结果:观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组,而挂号等候时间、交费取药时间及相关检查等候时间均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在门诊护理工作中落实优质护理服务理念利于改善护患关系,提高门诊效率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective: To explore the nursing effect of the concept of quality nursing service in outpatient nursing. Methods: From July to December 2016, 120 outpatients received in our hospital were selected as the observation group, and the concept of quality nursing service was started. Another 120 outpatients from January to June in 2016 were selected as control Group of subjects, this stage has not yet implemented the concept of quality nursing services, compared to two time periods of nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, while the waiting time for registration, the time for payment and the relative waiting time for inspection were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Implementing the concept of quality nursing service in outpatient nursing helps to improve the relationship between nurses and nurses and improve the outpatient service efficiency, and has high clinical value.
