目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定解毒降脂片中大黄素含量的方法,为解毒降脂片的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20),流速为1ml?min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:大黄素含量测定的线性范围11~66μg?ml-1,r2=0.9991,平均加样回收率为96.09%,RSD为1.49%。结论:建立测定解毒降脂片中大黄素含量的高效液相色谱法,该方法准确、可靠,可用于解毒降脂片的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin in antidotal lipid-lowering tablets by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), and provide the basis for the quality control of antidotal lipid-lowering tablets. Conclusion: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emodin in Jiedu Jiangzhi Tablet, which is accurate and reliable and can be used to evaluate the quality of Jiedu Qiangdu Tablet.
