家具厂是综合服务公司下属的一个经营实体,现有职工46人。经过多年的发展,厂里的管理逐步走向成熟,产值呈现出逐年增长趋势。但是,随着形势发展和职工在不同时期的思想变化,企业和谐建设面临着新的课题。近年来,面对严峻的市场挑战,面对职工期待增资的焦虑,面对厂房搬迁职工对家具厂未来发展的期望等新问题,都撞击着每个职工的心灵,给和谐建设提出了新的要求。
Furniture factory is an integrated business services company under the entity, the existing staff of 46 people.
