广东省政府颁布《关于加快住房制度改革实行住房货币分配的通知》提出: 从1998年下半年起,全省各党政机关、事业单位逐步实行住房货币分配。具体时间和步骤由各市、县人民政府根据本地实际情况确定。从2000年1月1日起,全省一律停止按现行房改政策出售和出租公有住房。企业也要参照执行。实行住房货币分配后,新参加工作的职工,不再实行住房实物分配,一律领取住房补贴;如租住单位住房,标准面积内按成本租金或商品租金计租,超标面积部分按商品租金计租。实行住房货币分配并参
