化工二厂丙烯腈分厂301车间是1976年投产的老装置,现有职工60名,其中党员10名,团员14名。经过20多年的生产与管理,逐步形成了一套行之有效的管理方法和成熟经验,现场管理初步能达到“一平二净三见四无五不缺”的标准,主要经济技术指标年年有进步,能严格执行以岗位专职制为核心的班组十项制度。由于车间领导和职工的团结协作,连续5年实现了安稳长满优生产,获得了多项荣誉称号。1990年荣获石化总公司装置全面达标奖;1992年荣获总厂基层建设优秀集体称号;
