为了阐明环境因子对绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum Meyer-Dür卵滞育诱导作用,测定了3个温度和6个光周期组合处理对绿盲蝽的滞育诱导和绿盲蝽光周期感应的敏感虫态,系统调查了绿盲蝽在不同温度和不同光照组合下所产卵的孵化率。结果表明:绿盲蝽的敏感虫态为1龄若虫;在17℃,20℃和23℃3个不同温度下,光照时间小于14h能够促进滞育诱导,光照时间大于14h则有利于个体的发育而抑制滞育产生。短光照对滞育的诱导作用具有累积效应。光照时间在10~14h范围内,滞育率随着温度的升高而降低;光照时间大于14h,温度不再对滞育诱导起作用。在17℃,20℃和23℃条件下,绿盲蝽的临界光周期分别为13h10min:10h50min(L:D),12h58min:11h2min(L:D)和12h51min:11h9min(L:D),随着温度的升高,临界光照长度缩短。结果说明,绿盲蝽属于长日照型昆虫,光照周期是其滞育的主要诱导因子,温度对于滞育诱导起辅助作用,秋季低温能够促进其滞育诱导。
In order to clarify the effect of environmental factors on the diapause induction of Apolygus lucorum Meyer-Dür eggs, the combination of three temperature and six photoperiods was used to detect the diapause induction of Apolygus lucorum and the sensitive insect states , We systematically investigated the hatching rate of L. lucorum laid at different temperatures and light combinations. The results showed that the sensitive insects of A. lucorum were first instar nymphs. The light time was in the range of 10 ~ 14h, and the diapause rate decreased with the increase of temperature. When the light time was longer than 14h, the temperature no longer played an important role in diapause induction. The critical photoperiod of A. lucorum was 13h10min: 10h50min (L: D), 12h58min: 11h2min (L: D) and 12h51min: 11h9min (L: D) at 17 ℃, 20 ℃ and 23 ℃ The temperature rises, the critical light length shortens. The results showed that Lygus was a long-day insects, and the photoperiod was the main inducing factor of diapause. The temperature played an auxiliary role in the induction of diapause, and the autumn low temperature could promote its diapause induction.
