研究微波组织固化保肢术对患者免疫功能的影响.方法:通过直接免疫荧光法,用流式细胞术观察了52例行微波组织固化保肢术的恶性骨肿瘤患者,44例截肢患者手术前后淋巴细胞亚群的变化.结果:与正常对照相比,恶性骨肿瘤患者CD4降低,CD8升高,CD4/CD8降低(P<0.01),患者免疫功能受到抑制;术后30d截肢组及保肢组CD4均升高,CD8降低,CD4/CD8比值升高(P<0.01),患者免疫功能较术前改善;与截肢组比较,保肢组患者CD4及CD4/CD8升高早,30d上升幅度明显高于截肢组(P<0.01),180d恢复正常;术后复发及转移患者CD4均再次降低,CD8升高,CD4/CD8降低(P<0.01),且在连续观察的患者早于临床指征出现改变.结论:微波组织固化保肢术可有效地提高机体免疫功能,淋巴细胞亚群是病情监测的良好指标.
3. To study the effects of microwave tissue curing limb salvage on patients’ immune function. METHODS: The changes of lymphocyte subsets before and after surgery were observed in 52 patients with malignant bone tumors undergoing microwave tissue-curing and limb salvage surgery by direct immunofluorescence. Results:Compared with normal controls, patients with malignant bone tumors had lower CD4, higher CD8, and lower CD4/CD8 (P<0.01). The immune function was inhibited; CD4 increased in the amputation group and limb salvage group on the 30th day after operation. The CD8 decreased and the CD4/CD8 ratio increased (P<0.01). The immune function of the patient improved compared with before surgery. Compared with the amputation group, the levels of CD4 and CD4/CD8 increased early in the limb salvage group, and the 30-day increase was significantly higher than that of the amputation group. Amputation group (P<0.01) returned to normal on 180 days; CD4 decreased again after operation, and CD8 increased, CD4/CD8 decreased (P<0.01), and patients who were continuously observed were earlier than the clinical Indications change. Conclusion: Microwave tissue solidification limb salvage can effectively improve the immune function of the body, lymphocyte subsets is a good indicator of disease monitoring.
