目的:研究肌氨肽苷联用甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:我院住院接受治疗的83例糖尿病周围神经病变患者。分为单药组和联用药组两个组别。观察指标:(1)总有效率;(2)治疗前和治疗后患者腓总神经、右正中神经SNCV和MNCV的差异。结果:(1)联用药组相比于单药组总有效率更高,X2统计处理有显著差异,P<0.05;(2)治疗前两组腓总神经、右正中神经SNCV和MNCV相似,t统计处理无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后联用药组相比于单药组腓总神经、右正中神经SNCV和MNCV改善更显著,t统计处理有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:肌氨肽苷联用甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效确切,可有效改善神经传导速度,改善患者临床症状。
OBJECTIVE: To study the therapeutic effect of aminoglycoside combined with mecobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 83 hospitalized patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated in our hospital. Divided into single drug group and combined drug group two groups. Observed indicators: (1) the total effective rate; (2) before and after treatment in patients with common peroneal nerve, right median nerve SNCV and MNCV differences. Results: (1) Compared with monotherapy group, the total effective rate was higher in combined therapy group (P <0.05); (2) The SNCV and MNCV in the common peroneal nerve and right median nerve in the two groups before treatment were similar, There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the SNCV and MNCV of the right median nerve in the combination group were significantly improved compared with those in the monotherapy group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Aminopeptidase combined with mecobalamin treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is effective, which can effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity and improve the clinical symptoms.
