Single crystals of the 4,4’-diamoniumdiphenylmethan sulfate hydrate, denoted DDPS, were grown by slow evaporation solution technique at room temperature. The compound was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, IR and thermal analysis (TG-DTA).
