跑、跳是基本的运动能力。宝宝的智能发育与运动能力的发展有密切的关系,为了让宝宝的各种能力能顺利发展,1~2岁开始就应该让他尽情地跑、跳。找一个安全的地方,像公园、运动场等,让他随心所欲地跑。只要不太危险,尽量别限制他和大家一起玩。利用亲子间的肌肤接触,帮助幼儿扩大运动能力。宝宝在幸福感和安全感的鼓励下会尽情地活动身体。加些变化,让全身活动,不要始终做同样的动作。以前流行的一些游戏,像骑马、飞天等,不但可以训练宝宝全身的平衡感,大人也能借此弥补不足的运动量。
