通过对3种石油溶剂(PS)的浓度、与不同水质配伍性和降粘效果等6项参数的分析、微观驱油机理和岩心模拟实验研究,认为PS剂具有较强的乳化降粘效果,可降低原油粘度91.2%。其提高驱油效果的机理主要是降低油液界面张力及乳化液形成的液阻效应,扩大驱油剂波及体积。岩心实验结果表明,PS液驱轻水驱油效率提高19%。但也提醒使用者,要依油藏条件、流体特征不同而选择不同类型的PS剂。
Through the analysis of 6 parameters of three kinds of petroleum solvent (PS) concentration, compatibility with different water quality and viscosity reduction effect, micro-displacement mechanism and core simulation experiment, it is concluded that PS agent has strong effect of emulsion viscosity reduction, Can reduce the viscosity of crude oil 91.2%. The main mechanism to improve the oil displacement effect is to reduce the liquid surface tension of oil and emulsion liquid formation resistance effect, expanding drive oil volume and volume. Core experimental results show that the liquid flooding efficiency of PS flooding is improved by 19%. However, users are also reminded to choose different types of PS agents depending on reservoir conditions and fluid characteristics.
