随着全球化的程度不断提高,英语逐渐成为我国最重视的外语。在英语教学过程中,提高学习者的英语自主学习能力成为了教育者非常重视的问题。而目前在我国学习者对于英语的自主学习能力仍普遍较低。为此,许多语言学家展开了大量的研究,试图寻找到能有效提高学习者英语自主学习能力的方法。元认知策略是学习者对信息加工、自我调节的策略。英语自主学习是一个逐渐发展变化的过程,语言学家发现,元认知策略培训能够有效培养学习者的英语自主学习能力,与此同时,自主学习也能够为元认知训练提供平台。
As the level of globalization continues to improve, English has gradually become the most valued foreign language in our country. In the process of English teaching, improving English learners’ self-learning ability has become a very important issue for educators. At present, learners in our country are still generally low in English learning ability. To this end, many linguists have carried out a large number of studies, trying to find ways to effectively improve learners’ ability to learn English independently. Metacognitive strategy is the learner’s strategy of information processing and self-regulation. Autonomous learning in English is a process of gradual development and change. Linguists find that metacognitive strategy training can effectively cultivate learners’ autonomous English learning ability, meanwhile, autonomous learning can also provide a platform for metacognitive training.
