以生长抑制率为指标,采用改良的MTT法检测新合成的(顺)-3-(氯代亚甲基)-6-甲基-硫色满-4-酮(CMMT)对12株人源肿瘤细胞系(A549,SGC-7901,BGC-823,U937,K562,Hela,MCF-7,HEPG-2,A375,LS174T,HT1080,C4-2B)增殖的影响.CMMT对12种细胞的半数抑制浓度(IC50)在0.41~6.05μg·mL-1之间.与同浓度的顺铂(CDDP)相比,其抗肿瘤活性明显占优.CMMT能够明显抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,具有极高的抗肿瘤活性,研究结果为深入研究该类药物的体内抗肿瘤作用提供了有力的实验数据.
The growth inhibition rate was used as an index to detect the effect of newly synthesized (cis) -3- (chloromethylene) -6-methyl-thiochroman-4-one (CMMT) On proliferation of tumor cell lines (A549, SGC-7901, BGC-823, U937, K562, Hela, MCF-7, HEPG- 2, A375, LS174T, HT1080, C4-2B) (IC50) ranged from 0.41 to 6.05μg · mL-1.Compared with the same concentration of cisplatin (CDDP), its anti-tumor activity was obviously superior.CMMT could significantly inhibit the growth of tumor cells and had very high anti-tumor activity Tumor activity, the results provide in-depth experimental data on the anti-tumor effect of these drugs in vivo.
