建国５０ 年来，我国产业结构随工业化进程呈现由低级到高级、由严重失衡到基本合理的发展变动轨迹。在回顾、总结我国产业结构变化规律与经验教训的基础上，揭示现阶段我国产业结构存在的主要问题，指出在跨世纪的产业结构调整中应注意抓好的几方面内容：（１）产业结构调整规划；（２）国家产业政策的重心与目标；（３）打破各种壁垒，实现优胜劣汰、结构重组；（４）大力发展高新技术和信息产业，实现产业结构升级；（５）科教兴国、产—学—研联合。
Over the past 50 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the industrial structure in our country has followed the course of industrialization from a low level to a high level, from a serious imbalance to a basic and reasonable development trajectory. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the laws and lessons of the industrial structure change in our country, we reveal the main problems that exist in our country’s industrial structure at this stage and point out several aspects that we should pay attention to in the adjustment of industrial structure in the new century: (1) Adjust the planning; (2) focus and goal of national industrial policy; (3) break all kinds of barriers and achieve survival of the fittest and restructuring; (4) vigorously develop high technology and information industry and upgrade industrial structure; (5) Production - learn - research joint.
