目的:研究两面针根和茎的不同部位抗炎、镇痛药理活性,为评价两面针茎能否成为抗炎镇痛的药用植物资源提供科学依据。方法:采用扭体法及热板法实验考察小鼠镇痛作用,应用小鼠耳廓肿胀、脚肿胀及棉球肉芽肿胀等实验综合评价两面针根及茎不同极性部位的抗炎活性。结果:除茎水层低剂量组的抗炎活性与模型组比较无显著性差异外,其余各部位的高、中、低剂量组(1 g/kg,0.5 g/kg,0.25 g/kg)与模型组比较,均有显著的抗炎和镇痛作用(P<0.05,P<0.01),根的正丁醇部位活性最强。结论:两面针根和茎均有抗炎镇痛活性,根的活性比茎强。
OBJECTIVE: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic pharmacological activity of different parts of roots and stems of Zanthoxylum bungeanum, and to provide a scientific basis for evaluating whether two-sided acupuncture can become an anti-inflammatory and analgesic medicinal plant resource. Methods: The writhing method and hot plate method were used to investigate the analgesic effect of mice. The anti-inflammatory activity of different polar sites of the roots and stems of the two-sided needles was evaluated comprehensively by experiments such as auricle swelling, foot swelling and granuloma swelling in mice. RESULTS: The anti-inflammatory activity of low-dose group was higher than that of the model group (P <0.05), except for the low, middle and low dose groups (0.5 g / kg, 0.25 g / kg) Compared with the model group, they had significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the n-butanol fraction of the roots had the strongest activity. Conclusion: Both sides of needle root and stem are anti-inflammatory analgesic activity, root activity stronger than the stalk.
