在中央4号、5号、9号文件精神指引下,一机部矿山工程机械局于1975年3月10日～17日在北京密云召开了有有关省、市机械局及厂矿企业、研交院、所的代表参加的液压行业座谈会。会议由矿山局液压处主持。矿山局负责同志到会并做了重要指示。会议代表以学理论、抓路线、促生产、促质量为指针,主要讨论了液压元件的质量、生产、“三化”及大搞技术改造等问题。与会代表交流了经验,找出了差距,明确了方向。
Guided by the spirit of documents No. 4, No. 5 and No. 9, the Ministry of Mine Construction Machinery of the First Machinery Department held a meeting in Miyun, Beijing, from March 10 to 17, 1975 with the relevant provincial and municipal machinery bureaus, factories and mines, and research and development. The hydraulic industry seminar was attended by representatives of the institute and the institute. The meeting was chaired by the hydraulic department of the Mines Bureau.
