委内瑞拉Intercampo油田水平井出砂预测与完井方法选择

Intercampo油田是由重油、中-高渗和高含油饱和度为特征的疏松砂岩油藏所组成。本文对该油田进行了出砂机理分析以及应用了五种方法对出砂进行了预测。出砂分析表明,通过预测结果拟合油田实际产砂情况,复合模型方法比其它方法更准确。无论采取用哪种防砂技术,出砂都非常严重。本文考虑了基于四种水平井的产能预测的地层伤害影响以及针对不同完井方法的完井参数,即裸眼井、裸眼井带割缝尾管、裸眼井砾石充填及绕丝筛管预充填、套管射孔完井。另外,作者校正了一些现有的产能预测等式。经校正的等式更加准确。在计算结果分析的基础上,选择了一种水平井完井方法,即裸眼井砾石充填和筛管预充填。自1999年以来,中国石油天然气总公司在马拉开波湖Intercampo油田选择应用的完井方法已经获得了比其它公司应用的其它完井方法更高的产能。出砂得到有效控制,并且该区块油田保持5年不出砂。最后,认识到修井作业和不重复完井相关的防砂结果的利润是非常可观的。 The Intercampo field is composed of unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs characterized by heavy oil, medium-high permeability and high oil saturation. This paper analyzed the sand production mechanism of this oilfield and applied five methods to predict the sand production. Sand production analysis shows that the composite model method is more accurate than other methods by fitting the prediction results to the actual sand production in the oilfield. No matter what kind of sand control technology, sand is very serious. In this paper, we consider the impact of formation damage based on the productivity prediction of four horizontal wells and the completion parameters for different completion methods, namely, open-hole, openhole tailing, open-hole gravel packing, Casing perforation completion. In addition, the author corrects some of the existing productivity prediction equations. The corrected equation is more accurate. Based on the calculation results, a horizontal well completion method was selected, that is, open-hole gravel packing and screen pre-filling. Completion methods selected by China National Petroleum Corporation for use in the Intercampo field at Maracaibo Lake since 1999 have yielded higher capacity than other completion methods used by other companies. Sand production is effectively controlled, and the block oilfields remain unsold for 5 years. Finally, it is important to recognize that the costs of workover operations and the sand control results associated with unrepeatable completions are considerable.
