在以火力发电机组为主的电网中,为满足黑启动需要所预留水量的大小直接影响抽水蓄能电站的削峰填谷效益。为使抽水蓄能电站的综合效益最大,提出了抽水蓄能电站的黑启动效益及黑启动所需水量的计算方法。综合考虑抽水蓄能电站的黑启动效益和静态效益,结合削峰填谷的边际运行位置约束,建立了抽水蓄能电站最优预留水量计算模型。以山东电网为例说明了该模型和算法的合理性。
In the main power generating units in the power grid, in order to meet the needs of black start the size of the water reserved directly affect the pumped storage power plant peak loadhills benefit. In order to maximize the overall efficiency of pumped storage power station, the calculation method of black start efficiency and black start required quantity of pumped storage power station are proposed. Considering the black-start benefit and static benefit of pumped storage power plant, combined with the constraint of marginal operation place of peak load shifting valley, the optimal reserve water quantity calculation model of pumped storage power station is established. Taking Shandong Power Grid as an example, the rationality of the model and algorithm is illustrated.
