本文从相关高校国防科研管理的现状入手,在阐述影响科研管理绩效评价指标体系构建的影响因素的基础上,提出了一个由管理框架、管理投入和管理产出3个一级指标以及9个二级指标构成的高校国防科研管理绩效评价指标体系。以期能对各相关高校国防科研管理主管部门的管理工作状况与工作效率进行一个比较客观和全面的评价。
This article starts with the current situation of the national defense scientific research management in colleges and universities, and on the basis of expatiating the influencing factors that affect the performance evaluation index system of scientific research management, puts forward a set of three first-level indicators including management framework, management input and management output, Level indicators of the composition of the national defense scientific research management performance evaluation index system. With a view to a relatively objective and comprehensive evaluation of the management status and work efficiency of the relevant departments of national defense scientific research in higher education institutions.
