人类最珍稀的自然资源--水资源的情况在不断的恶化,不免出现了水资源紧缺、水污染严重、水资源浪费严重等一系列的问题,当然造成这一系列问题的因素有自然因素和认为因素方面,但认为因素占主要地位.然而解决我国水资源短缺的问题还面临一些困难,如政策不完善、工农业及生活用水有所增长以及传统应对措施代价高昂等.在了解世界上节水措施做的好的国家后给了我们很大的启示,想必会对我们今后的节水路有所帮助.
